12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the okabet Platform shall first be submitted to okabet's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, consistent with our licensing obligations.
12.3 The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not resolved through the above processes.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
