2.3 Financial Data
- GCash account number or Maya (PayMaya) account number linked to your okabet account;
- Bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) where used for deposits or withdrawals;
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses where applicable (USDT, USDC);
- Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method used.
2.4 Gaming & Betting Activity Data
- Game session records including games played, wager amounts, wins, losses, and session duration;

5. Legal Basis for Processing
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, okabet processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity — processing required to fulfil our obligations under the okabet Terms & Conditions, including account management, game provision, and payment processing;
- Legal obligation — processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements, AML regulations, NPC data protection obligations, and other applicable Philippine laws;
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where such interests are not overridden by your privacy rights;
- Consent — for optional marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies, where we have obtained your explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
okabet does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and processors — KYC verification providers, payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), IT infrastructure providers, and customer support platform providers, each bound by data processing agreements consistent with this Policy;
- PAGCOR — as required by our operating license, including player registration data, transaction records, and suspicious activity reports;
- Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) — covered transaction and suspicious transaction reports as mandated by RA 9160;
- Law enforcement and courts — in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or lawful request from Philippine law enforcement authorities;

- Customer support records — retained for two (2) years from the date of each interaction;
- Marketing consent records — retained for the duration of your account plus two (2) years.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, okabet will securely delete or anonymize your personal data.
9. Data Security
okabet implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by okabet:
- Right to be informed — to know that okabet is processing your personal data and to receive clear information about how it is used;
- Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;

11. Children's Privacy
The okabet Platform is strictly intended for persons aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. okabet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected, we will immediately close the associated account and delete all related data. If you believe a minor has registered on okabet, please contact our support team immediately.
12. International Data Transfers
Some of okabet's service providers — particularly game software providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, okabet ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, including contractual clauses that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the recipient. okabet does not transfer personal data to countries that do not provide an adequate level of protection for personal data without first implementing appropriate safeguards.
13. Changes to This Policy
okabet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or our data processing practices. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. The updated Policy will always be accessible at okabet.club/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
